Some garments may be pinned to the model. Accurate measurements are taken in item descriptions, so please read them carefully before you purchase, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Items listed as vintage or pre-owned are sold "as is" and considered final sale. Due to the nature and age of vintage items, natural discoloration, snags, and wear are to be expected, and add to the uniqueness of each piece. We will describe any imperfections to the best of our knowledge in the item description.

Shipping

We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will ship within 4-8 weeks of purchase. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. 

Return POLICY

Returns of new items are accepted within 7 days of item delivery for store credit, with the exception of sale items and ‘house line’ made-to-order garments.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of vintage or pre-owned garments, on any sale, apothecary, jewelry, or headwear.

Please email hello@cocoboloshop.com prior to sending a return or exchange.

Items must be shipped back in original, unworn condition including original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

Items returned not meeting the above conditions are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Kindly include a tracking number for all returns/exchanges, so we may easily track the package coming to us. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
